UKAerialPhotos.com want you to be happy with every purchase you make from us. However there may be occasions when you want to return items so here is our returns information.

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, return it to us within 7 days and we will issue a full refund for the original price of the item. Orders above 1km x 1km however are manually cut and, in the event of errors outside of the control of UKAerialPhotos.com, the order will be non refundable due to the costs incurred in fulfilling the data. The money back guarantee will however cover issues within the control of UKAerialPhotos.com like photo quality.

Send the digital photo with the order number to returns@ukaerialphotos.com and we will investigate your request and get back to you as soon as possible. Before any photo is refunded you must confirm deletion from all electronic media.
